By only using this single image, we could grab our client’s attention right away and lead them making decisions quickly even before we fully explained the design. But before we dive in, did you know that sustainability will be shaping the future of architecture?
Building with a lasting impact has become a high demand in the market nowadays. Architects and developers are even requested to manufacture integrated physical, mental, and social health construction, while being eco-friendly.
If we take a closer look, sustainability has become today’s market main guiding principle in choosing a property. Most of them put a deep consideration on their future house surroundings as it illustrates their nature-care-personality.

After a deep brainstorming, we chose to carefully capture all the client’s concerns in sustainability in one big charming visualization. It not only could tackle environmental issues, but also depict the social impacts right from the first time our client’s saw it.
