Complicated? Exactly!
We have faced a similar situation when working on the Citra Garden Serpong project for Ciputra Group. And here is what we did to excel their presentation!
Basically, the Citra Garden Serpong is a residential project. But Ciputra Group wants to make it green and artistic.
We couldn’t just show high-quality animations, or beautiful images. Everyone is doing so and the sustainable environment concept has become more popular recently.
But when we were in the midst of confusion, Ciputra Group said, “actually we have a lake as our uniqueness that not other companies have”. Then we decided to give that value a spotlight. Such a relief!
These are what we got.
Using this angle, we can effectively highlight Ciputra Group’s valuable lake and their iconic community building. This way, they can present the Citra Garden Serpong’s uniqueness without being distracted from the surroundings.
Moreover, the morning light used in this visual emphasizes the building materials and makes the trees look vibrant. Suitable to craft a narrative of how Ciputra Group cares about the environment.
Speaking of the artistic and lifestyle aspect, we chose to tone down the lighting then shot it in a closer angle. We also added some unique plants and people. Thus, the art can be noticed alongside the friendly neighborhood.
But if Ciputra Group wants to combine the luxury and sustainable environment concept, this visual speaks of them better. As you can see, we follow the rule of thirds way too hard. So, it doesn’t matter even if you change the focus (on the drink or the lake), the luxury and sustainable environment still can be delivered harmoniously.
