You see we tone down the lighting under the terrace there? We use it to give a sense of a cooler environment. So, we can convince that the employees can stay productive even without an aircon.

This perspective also highlights the building’s eco-friendly facilities. The vibrant plants, the wide open space, and the refreshing walking paths play huge roles in embracing the green office vibes. Thus, we can present how the Kemenko 4 project improves the working quality.

Other than these, we think “what if we create an image from different angles that can picture nature’s point of view?”

The IKN construction leads to pro and contra. Some people said that it helps improve the infrastructure, but others believe that it gives a lot of environmental impact.
